京都祇園の料亭と聞くと一限さんお断り、何かと敷居が高いお店を思い浮かべてしまいます。
今回、ネットで予約が取れたのでお伺いすることが出来ました。
予約時間の18時前に到着すると早速、板前さんが迎え入れてくれます。
１階のカウンター席は前客２組３人、奥の方からはグループ客がいらっしゃるようです。
料理は先付けの５品から始まりましたが、どれも贅を尽くした一品で雲丹やイクラなど寿司屋さんで出てきそうな素材だけポンっていうのがなくて、出汁や香りは言うまでも無く、器なども綺麗で見た目でも充分楽しませていただきました。
アルコールは焼酎を中心に白ワインも少々。
焼酎は芋、麦色々で６代目百合、中々、兼八、山せみ
大変美味しくいただきました、ご馳走様でした。
