京都南座の南東100mほどの路地を入ってすぐにあるイタリアンBARでランチです。
今日は祇園の新規得意先との商談で土曜出勤です。
少し早めに着いてランチを探してたまたま見つけたお店です。
１階にカウンター8席、2階にはテーブル席があるようです。
黒を基調にしたとってもシックで素敵な店内です。
若いマスターらしき男性はまるでバーのように話しかけてくれます。
とっても親しみやすくてお客さんとの楽しい会話で和ませてくれます。
２階のテーブル席に上がったお客さんは笑い声が絶えないほど盛り上がってました(^^)
BGMはJAZZピアノトリオのまったりゆったりです。
ランチタイムは5種類のメインから選べるランチセットのみです。
すべてにメイン、サラダ、前菜2種、スープ。自家製フォカッチャが付きます。
●ランチセット「鶏もも肉の香草パン粉」：1,000円(税込)
まずはスープとサラダがワンプレートで運ばれます。
スープはじゃがいもの温かいポタージュで爽やかで優しい味です。
サラダは水菜メインでフレンチドレッシングがかかってます。
続いて前菜2種が運ばれます。
まずはハムのようなソーセージのモルタデッラでピスタチオも入ってます。
切り方で当たり外れがあるようですがボクには入ってました。ラッキー♬
厚みがあってスパイシーでとっても美味しい。ビールが飲みたい(^^)
次にズッキーニが入ったフリッタータ。
食感はあるけどあまり香りは感じなかったなぁ。あっさりしてます。
フォカッチャはサクッと美味しい。
小さいので足らないけどガマンしようっと。
メインの鶏もも香草パン粉は、細かいパン粉なのでまったく食感として感じません。
でもその分、鶏の旨味をストレートに感じて美味しいです。
低温でじっくり焼いてくれているので柔らかくてジューシーで美味しい。
結構ゆったりとしたランチタイムになりました。
時間のない方にはお勧めできません。
ボクはかなり余裕を持って入ったので問題ありません。
それだけ丁寧に調理されているし、接客も丁寧で大満足です。
実は精算後にマスターが外まで出てお見送りしてくれたのですが、
目の前にあるいなりのお店釣狐に行くつもりだと伝えたら、
出汁の効いたいなりなので「出汁がたっぷりで溺れそうですよ」と教えてくれたので、
「溺れてきます」と言ってお店を後にしました。
最後まで素敵な接客に感動しました。
お店を出てからさらに楽しませてくれました♬
