新年一発目の外食。
富士の高嶺に降る雪も♪京都先斗町に降る雪も〜♪の先斗町にて。初来店。
女将さんおすすめの、たこ焼きととん平焼き、出汁巻をいただきました。
たこ焼き：まーこれがうまいのなんの。たこ焼き通のおいらも唸るこのうまさ。。
なんだろ？、周りにパン粉でもついてんのかなってくらいサクサク外見にとろととジューシィーな中身。しっかりだしが効いててそのまま食べても美味しくいただけます。
中盤くらいから激辛の濃厚ソースをかけてみました。
又これが辛いなんの、辛いんだけど、うまくて汗がダラダラと流れながらも止まりません。
とん平焼き：フォーク＆ナイフとともに出てくる”おしゃ〜”な一品。
これまた半熟卵が中に入ってて、ジューシー過ぎさがたまりません。
出汁巻：これまたこれまたトロトロジューシー。
出汁もしっかり効いていて、美味しさ◎！
トロトロジューシー三兄弟の完成です。
正月のせいもあってかガラガラだったけど、ここおすすめです。
