今回は祝日の貸し切りランチ会にお呼ばれして初訪問。伝説的な予約困難店だが伺う機会がなかったお店、今回ご縁をいただき喜び勇んで訪問。
お料理はなるほど、さまざまな工夫が凝らされており、まさしくヌーベルシノワ的である。チャーシューにブルーチーズを合わせる。確かに楽しい組み合わせでいいマリアージュである。その他のお料理もとても美味しかった。〆の天津飯は町中華で食べるのとは明らかに異なる、しっかりと高級中華料理に昇華されていて美味。
ワインも適切な値段での提供と思われた。
この料理を10年前から提供されていたということが凄いと思う。
今となっては東京でも似たようなお料理を出す中華料理屋さんがたくさん出てきているが、やはりパイオニア的なこちらには威厳があるように思う。
あと東京のそれらのお店に比べて圧倒的にコスパがいいのが驚きであった。
古都の古い街中にひっそりと佇むこちらのお店。機会があればまた伺いたいと思わせるに充分なお店であった。
