言わずと知れた京都中華四天王の一角
超予約困難店、というか予約不可能店
予約枠を持ってる人に誘ってもらわないと不可
年明けにお誘いを受けて
初夏の分は仕事の都合がつかずに辞退…
年の暮れも近くなった11月にようやく初訪問
改めて貴重なお席をいただいて
筆舌に尽くしがたい感謝
八坂神社から清水寺に向かう寧々の道
そのはずれの小径に溶け込む京町家
王道の中華料理とは少し違う
和テイストを織り込んだ創作中華
それもそのはず
西淵シェフは祇園さゝ木の出身
叉焼と燕の巣入り手羽の旨さは流石の一言
焼きフカヒレの存在感と贅沢さたるや
出てきたお料理全てが旨味の塊
ひとつだけ欲を出すのであれば
