京都市内で夜に乳児連れで訪問できるお店を探していたところ、
こちらのお店が提供している「活けふぐ・てっちりコース」を見つけて
「久しぶりに河豚食べたい！」とテンションが上がり、予約＆訪問しました。
予約時にメッセージ欄で乳児連れであることを記載しお伝えしたところ、翌日に電話で「大丈夫ですよ」と連絡をいただき、安心して伺うことができました。
さらに予約当日にお店に伺うと、乳児を寝かせられるようにと、座布団と毛布でベビー布団をご準備頂いており、びっくり。温かいサービス・気遣いに、ただただ感動しました。
当日は子供が少しぐずってしまい、食べるペースがかなり遅かったのですが、こちらのペースをさりげなく確認してお料理を出していただいたのも、ありがたかったです。
ここまで、サービスのことばかり書きましたが、
ふぐ料理はどれも本当に美味しかったです。
正直いうと、訪問前には
ふぐ料理コースを個室でいただくのに、
このお値段だと、量や質にそこまで期待できないのではないかな
と思っていたのですが、
その期待値を良い意味で裏切られました。
最近は一般的に、見た目の美しさや奇抜さばかりに注目するような風潮がありますが、こちらのお料理は、そういうタイプのものではありません。
ふぐ・てっちりコースで期待するお料理を、きちんと出しますという内容です。
素材の味をきちんと活かして、丁寧な下処理や調理をして提供していただきました。
何から何まで、大満足。
本当にありがとうございました。
ちなみに私はアルコールが飲めないのでソフトドリンクしか注文しませんでしたが、主人はビールと日本酒を飲んでいました。
ビールの銘柄が主人の好みとは違ったみたいで、そこだけが我が家としてはちょっとだけ残念だったかな。
でも、日本酒は色々と珍しい銘柄があったようで（京都の日本酒の品揃えが豊富。東京の人には珍しいです）楽しんでいました。
また訪問しようと思います。
