おります方々にお連れ
いただきました。
事前に調べてみると、
2020年まで、食べログブロンズ
を連続受賞していた店。また、
2021年日本料理WEST百名店
です。
これは期待に心が高まります。
当日、京都駅から、はるばる
祇園に入り、現地に到着！
風情ある町並みです。
私たちは合流し店内へ。
個室に通されました。
ここから提供された料理です。
・ほたての炙り
・蒸しあわび、もずくなど
・鯉の椀もの
・よこわの炙り
・揚げなす
・押し寿司
・鱒の木の芽焼き
・鮎
・生姜ごはん
・フルーツ
初訪問ゆえ、次に何が出てくる
のかと楽しみながら、京都の名店
の繊細な料理を堪能しました。
ただ、完全個室！最後まで料理人
に会うことはありませんでした。
最近は職人の顔が見れるライブ感
ある店に行くことが多いため、
少し寂しさを感じます。
また、それを補うのは、
配膳時なのでしょうが、
料理の説明も少なく、やや
接客に難ありなのが、残念
でした。
