怪しいグルメ探検隊in京都。
今日は京都で和食です。お花見目的で京都に来ましたが、残念ながら計画時よりも開花が遅くてソメイヨシノはまだ蕾、こうなったら「花より団子」ですね。
祇園にある「味ふくしま」に行ってきました。カウンターのみ７席のお店。お昼は税込7,150円のお任せコースのみです。
先ずは京都の湯葉から。優しい味ですね。次はお造り。明石の真鯛とイカでした。この他、筍と蛤の椀物、能登のもずく酢、真鯛と筍の炊き合わせなどなど。どの料理も美味しい。スタートから最後のデザートまで約90分ほど。落ち着いた雰囲気の中で春の京料理を楽しみました。
ミシュラン星獲得と言うのも納得ですね。大変美味しゅうございました。
なお、お昼のお会計は現金のみなのでご注意を。
たまたまなのでしょうが、私たち以外のお客様二組はいずれも海外からのお客様でした。春の京都、インバウンド客が多いですねえ。
