161003 It's been a really long time since I've been to Gyukaku. I used to go there often when it was directly above the Lawson near the Kamogawa River, but recently I've only been to Sakai, Gyuan and Ichiban. I wonder what it was like. The black interior is still the same, and I miss the black uniforms of the staff, but the amount of text has increased, so perhaps they have more to say? It's amazing to see 20th anniversary written here and there. Well, I guess I'm getting old too (T_T) I miss the Gyukaku kalbi, and the kimchi... but now there's no menu or grilling style worth mentioning. That's because the menu is more fun at stores that buy the whole cow. The stove fire is normal, there's no need to replace the grill, and even if there was some kind of after-sales service, it wouldn't feel like it differentiated them from other stores. I understand why I've been going away... I want to be hugged tight... I'd like to be told that (T_T)
