連れて行って頂いたんですが、本当に美味しい。
最初の涼しげな前菜の後は、素晴らしい食材達の
中から好きな物を、好みの調理法で作ってもらう
システムで、ついつい色々食べてしまいますねー。
魚介類の食材から選んだのがイサキや鳥貝、鱧など
様々なものを頂き、肉類からは牛肉のステーキと牛
カツ、他も色々、原木椎茸も美味しかったし、焼き
おにぎり(雲丹、フォアグラ)もパリパリで旨旨です。
デザートは100%わらび餅をチョイス。
いやーほんま最高でした。
