石臼眉挽き 本格手打ち蕎麦 |
こちらは建仁寺の横にあるお蕎麦屋さんです。
建仁寺の中にある両足院で行われた芸舞妓さんの撮影会の合間
短い休憩時間にサクッとお昼を頂きに伺いました。
お願いしたのは天ざるセット1590円です。
他にお客様がいらっしゃらず、ゆったり出来ました＾＾
運ばれて来たお蕎麦は二八。
細めで喉ごしよく頂けましたが、香りは弱め。
天ぷらは海老２尾、マイタケ・茄子・ピーマンを揚げていらっしゃったのですが
素材の裏側に衣が多めについていて、フリッターのような柔な食感。
時間が経過すると油を吸ってペシャ～としてきて油が気になったので
申し訳なかったのですが、衣を少し剥がして頂きました。
予約なしでサクッと頂け
時間があまり無かったので、とても助かりました。
