京都・祇園、花見小路の南端、建仁寺さんの裏門(？)横の竹花さんで天ざるそば(1690円)です。旨しっ！
蕎麦好き仲間が常連のお店。前回寄った時はたまたまお休みでいただけませんでしたが、今日は開いてます。
ウワサどおり、極細の蕎麦もカラっと揚がった天麩羅もどっちも旨い！特に汁はかえし控えめで出汁が効いた私の好きなやつ。
そう、この汁が特濃の蕎麦湯によくあうんだなぁ — 場所: 蕎麦や 竹＊花
