NHKで田部井淳子さんが生前，タイスキを好んだという話を見て、
急に食べたくなりました。とは言え、鍋を一人では無理でしょう。
食べログだより。
仁王門通りのチェックしていたここに直行。
11時過ぎにお客さんはいません。
タイスキ定食 880円 ランチビール中 430円 外税 を注文。
けっこう工程が多いのか、卵を混ぜる音などが聞こえて、
無事に出てきました。
鍋の上に卵かけになっています。まず、パクチーの香り。
豚と鶏が両方入っており、スープは澄んでいます。
小松菜、ネギ、豆腐は和風ですね。
ほんとは魚のすり身なのでしょう。
葉で巻いた鶏唐揚げも出ました。味が濃くて美味しかったです。
パンダンリーフという、香りがよい葉だそうですが、
揚げてしまうと香りはなかったです。
概して、美味しく楽しく食べられました。
女性が一人で作ってられましたが、お若い頃はアジアを
回られたのかな。
入り口をのぞくカップルが1組ありましたが、
30分間わたし一人でした。
