○概要
和と洋のコラボレーションが楽しめるという新感覚のお菓子屋さん。フランスの２つ星レストランでシェフパティシエを経験され、亀屋良長さんで和菓子を学ばれ、ついに開かれたお店との事です。
○お店
町家を改装されたらしく中庭も奥席では望める雰囲気はそのままに、しっかりコーヒーミルも同居しているという、雰囲気も上品に和洋折衷されています。
引き戸を通り、カウンターで注文するスタイルでしょうか？cafeの方のメニューを拝見しましたが、材料のみの記載。「○と×を使ったどんなメニューですか？」ー『デザートです』なるほどぉ。癖が強いのをお好みの方にはたまらないのではないでしょうか。
⭕黒豆ロールケーキ（¥900）
ふわふわのスポンジにあっさりしたクリーム。これが中々ありそうでないクリームで美味しいなぁと感じました。
