京都永観堂の北。
哲学の道の南にある「とま屋」さんに伺いました。
最初お店が見つからず、普通の町家の入口の様な、格子戸の暖簾に目立たない文字で、「とま屋」と書いてあり、お店がわかりました。
鰻の寝床の様な石畳の細い道を歩いてゆくと入口になります。
自宅の一部をサロンスペースとして、イートインできます。
窓からの庭の眺めもすてきでした。
白あずきと芋、麩饅頭、シナモン風味のわらび餅を注文しました。
〇白あずきと芋は白いきんとん。フワフワで中は白あん。
素材の良さがわかる優しい甘さです。
〇麩饅頭は、一般的に売られている麩饅頭より、笹の香りがあり、
生麩が柔らかくとても美味しい です。
中の餡子は白あんで、上品な甘さです。
〇ここのわらび餅は、上等な本わらび粉を使用しています。
今回は、シナモン風味のわらび餅をいただきました。
わらび餅は普通、わらび粉で作ったモチに、きな粉をかけていただきますが、
このお店は、白っぽいこしあんをわらびで包み、きな粉とシナモンが掛かっています。
丸いお饅頭みたいですが、プルプル、トロトロ。
年配の女性がお一人でやっておられます。お品、は残っていれば、売っていただけますが、予約して伺ったほうが、確かです。
大満足です。お勧めのお店です。
