The attentiveness and quality of the food was excellent, and the sommelier's selection of wines was also wonderful. The waiting area as soon as you enter is a thoughtfully designed space. You will be greeted with courteous and quality service, and then take a short walk through the gardens of Akagane Resort. The roads, scenery, and lighting that we witnessed at that time were a corridor that gave us a strong sense of the special time that was to come. You will be shown to your seat and sit in a special separate room. The tableware, interior decoration, and sommelier's conversation are all of high quality. The food was well-cooked and well-priced, without any surprises, and yet I was always able to feel the deep flavors of the ingredients and sauces, rather than simple ones. The elegant sommelier explained about the wine, giving a story about the background. We recommend adding the special alcoholic beverage that was introduced that day, sparingly. Don't neglect non-alcoholic wine either, and we will suggest some non-alcoholic wines that you don't often see. You can experience a special time and space in everything.
