京都六波羅蜜寺の南西にあるコーヒースタンド ドングリーさんに伺いました。京町家の良い風情の中でほっこりと美味しいコーヒーをいただきました。
休日14時半ごろツレと歩いて訪問。
着いた時はお客様が1-2名とたまたま空いていました。
ツレと二人で注文したのは
ダークブレンド 450円
フルーティブレンド 450円
これをシェアしていただきました。
奥でいただけるとのことで
遠慮なく奥の座敷でいただきました。
抽出はペーパーでのプアオーバー。
マスターに持ってきて頂いた器は
ダークは黒、フルーティは白の陶器。
皮のスリーブも素敵。
さてさてお味は、
ダークと言いながらも、
苦味はそんなになく、
酸味甘みコクバランス取れスッキリ感。
冷めてからはフレーバーが変わります。
フルーティは、
浅煎り豆多目の酸味を少し強調したブレンド。
冷めてからはフルーティさがさらに際立ちます。
五焙が特徴。
各有名5ロースターさんのを豆を
さらにブレンドされてるのでしょうか？
京町家のリノベの雰囲気がホントによく
陶器のグッズ販売も良い感じです。
美味しいコーヒーをほっこりいただけました。
15時になるとお店は満員に
流石人気店ですね。
