お品書きがないので、いつ終わるんだろうか、と普通では考えられないことを思いつつ料理をいただきました。
コースのセオリーがない感じで、次が何かいつ終わるのかまったく掴めないままお腹がいっぱいになってしまいました。
一つ一つの料理は素材にこだわっていて、とても美味しかったです。
クエとハマグリとマツタケ土瓶蒸しは素材の美味しさが味わえましたし、しめのはらこ飯はいくら粒が大きく鮭の味がご飯に染みてほんとに美味しかったです（でもお腹いっぱいギブアップ）。
