最終日のランチで利用しました。
京都のレベルの高さを知るきっかけになり弾丸増えないか心配です。。
西さんの包丁捌きのリズム心地よくてずっと聞いていたかったです。
味良く、器も盛り付けも美しく、魅せられたお料理の数々。
お豆腐に入れた細かい切れ込みがお椀の中で綺麗に花開く、とても美しい赤出汁が印象に残ってます。
