僕にとっては・・・・。
京都は木屋町にあるカウンターメインのホルモン屋さんです。
ふらっと友人と行きました。正直、当たりです。なぜか。
まず一人でも来店しやすい。肉はサシの少ないハラミ・マルシンなどがグラム単位で注文できるので好みの量が食べられる。
一人呑みがメインの僕にとって焼肉はちょっと量が多いのでたくさんの種類を食べられない。でもこの店なら量を選べるので種類が多く食べれます。
もう一つ。
酎ハイが純ハイです。甘くなくさっぱりとした酎ハイなので、ダイエット中でも安心してたくさん呑めるw（ダイエット中に酒はダメなんですが・・・・）酎ハイの写真とっとけばよかった。忘れてました。
あとは肉がうまい。ハラミは特に最高。マルシンもしつこくなくレアで食べれます。味付けは元々してあるのでそのまま食べられますが、薬味なども出してくれます。醤油卵・塩ワサビ・ゆずが三連のお皿に並べて出てきます。
いろんな味で食べられるのもいいです。
値段はそこそこしますが、満足できる肉が食べれるのでコスパも良いです。スタッフさんも男の人二人で営業されているそうです。禁煙だったらもっといいのに・・・・。
今回はあまりゆっくりできませんでしたが、鳥・豚ホルモン・海鮮焼もあるようなので次回はじっくり腰を据えて行こうと思います。

かなり久しぶりに来店してみたらお店がリニューアルされてホルモン安東に変わっていました。
コロナ禍でお休みしてたみたいです。
クオリティはなかなか上がってますが
値段もそれなりに…。
ただ美味しかった。写真撮るの忘れてましたので
お給料出たら再突入です。
