A store specializing in fresh Wagyu beef and offal. All lean meat is cut to order! Single diners are welcome.
This is a specialty Yakiniku (Grilled meat) and horumon restaurant with a counter-style seating area. They use fresh Wagyu beef. As they are licensed to sell raw food, you can enjoy fresh yukhoe and o |
I was drawn in by the light of the lanterns. I went in after seeing the wide selection of raw dishes (´⊙ω⊙`) It was my first time seeing this restaurant, but it was pretty good. There are tables, but I prefer the counter. They have a wide selection of offal, but lean meats such as marushin and ichibo are also on the recommended menu. We had tongue yukke, seared liver marushin, hanging akasen, hoso, tongue tendon, and tongue with salt and green Salted beef tongue. They also seem to have half sizes, so it's great for single diners. The seared liver was soft and plump, and the volume was substantial. The chef was kind, and I'd like to come again.
