祇園四条にある、お洒落なイタリアン【マメトラ】さん。
花見小路から少し入ったところにある、隠れ家的イタリアンのお店です。
町家造りの一軒家で、
店内はお洒落で落ち着いた雰囲気。
カウンター席とテーブル席、2階もあるようです。
ランチはサイト予約などでとれる5800円～あり、
(時期で変わっていくかもしれませんが参考までに)
リーズナブルな価格から、本格イタリアンコースがいただけます。
今回は1万円のコース。
⚫焼キャビア
から始まり内容たっぷりです。
この昆布で焼いたキャビアがとっても美味しい！
⚫本マグロのペコリーノ
これは驚き！
マグロ大きく一枚スライス！そのままで出てきます。
大トロ 中とろ 赤身と色々な部位を楽しめ、
ソースも楽しみながら食べ進めて行けるので、とても楽しい1品です。
⚫トリュフのスープ
トリュフたっぷりでとても濃厚です！
パンもついつい進んでしまいます！
⚫近江牛もも 生ハム
なかなかしっかりしたお味です。
ワインに合いそう！
⚫牡蠣と雲子のアヒージョ(鱈の白子)
プリプリの牡蠣と白子が美味しいです。
少しお味が全体的に濃いめかので、進めていくと苦しくなってきます。(一品一品はとても美味しいです、続けて食べたときに感じます。)
⚫ポルチーニのパスタ
ポリチーニ大好きなのでうれしいです。
でもとっても濃厚でパンがほしくなります。
⚫鮑とカラスミ
贅のかぎりを乗せてくださった一皿
ワインを飲みながら少しづつ頂くぐらいがちょうど良いパンチの効いた一品！
パクパク食べる私には少しお味が辛めかも。
⚫近江牛 フィレ イチボ
美味しいステーキです。
イチボ大好き！
脂のバランスも、焼き加減もちょうど良いバランスで、とても美味しく頂きました！
