肉まぶし、ひつまぶしのお肉バージョン。
最近肉まぶしのお店が増えてきていますが、黒毛和牛を使ったり、目の前の鉄板で焼いてくれるという話を聞き訪問。
場所は祇園にあり四条通りから一本北側の通り、普通だったら通らないようなところにあるのも何となく嬉しくなります。
店内は綺麗で、そのギャップも悪くありません。
注文したのは肉まぶし、黒毛和牛のサーロインを使ったものです。
早速、目の前の鉄板で用意してくれますが、お肉を焼くところも見れて席までお肉を焼く良いにおいきて食欲をそそられます。
驚いたのがフランベをしてくれることでした。
目の前でパフォーマンスしてくれので圧巻ですね。
出てきた肉まぶしはお肉がぎっしり敷き詰められており贅沢な気分です。
お肉の赤と錦糸卵の黄色、そしてネギの緑がまた食欲をそそります。

あー全部美味しい！
私はわさびをつけて食べるのが好きでした。
出汁も本格的で京都に来てよかったと思うものでした。
祇園の隠れた路地にあって良いお店、マスターもめちゃくちゃ良い人で、流行ってほしくないなぁ、と思いながらきっと人気が出るお店なんだろうと思いました。
何回も通いたいお店です。
