牛まぶしはご飯の量が選べます。並でしゃもじ3膳分あるそうで、1膳目はそのままでいただきます。2膳目はわさびやネギ、七味を使って味変を楽しみます。3膳目は、お出汁をかけてお茶漬け風に。
風が切るように冷たかったので、このお出汁の温かさが沁みた。。味もちょうど良く飲み干しました。笑
