狭い小道を入ったところにあります。
1時ごろでしたが、大行列！
寒い中、ワクワクしながら待っていました。
つけ麺とラーメンの二つがありましたが、つけ麺＋ベリーソースという言葉に惹かれ、こちらのメニューにしました。
今回頼んだのは鴨肉が5枚乗ったもので、2種類の鴨肉から好きな組み合わせでトッピングできました。
料理が出てきた瞬間からびっくりで、ソースに関してはフランス料理さながらの盛り付けでした。
ちょっとだけワクワクしながらいただきました。つけ麺のスープの味はクリームがかかっていたこともあり、非常にマイルドでした。
ネギの代わりと思われるフライドオニオンも良いアクセントになっていました。
鴨肉はジューシーで香ばしく、食べ応えがありました。今まで食べた中でも一番かもしれません。
また、ソースをつけて麺を食べると、さっぱりとした口当たりになり、違和感なくいただけました。
最後に、麺を食べた後はこれまたびっくり、サイフォンでとった出汁で割りました。
出汁で割ったスープもやはり美味でした。
フランス料理かなと思われる雰囲気のつけ麺でしたが、非常に楽しくいただけました。ごちそうさまでした。
