伏見に酒蔵があるように水がもたらす恩恵は計り知れない。
とまあ通みたいなことも偉そうに言いつつ笑
今回は一度訪れたかったこちらのお店。
インバウンドもあり海外の方にもかなりの人気があるお店。
その分並ぶ時間は日によるとは思いますがある程度覚悟はいります。
今回は定番の鴨のラーメンとご飯。
さっぱりしたスープにぶどう山椒が縁にあり
少しずつスープに入れると爽やかな香りがして
また雰囲気を変えてくれます。
ご飯にも味チェンで出汁を頂けて茶漬けのような
感覚で食べれます。
どちらも脂ギトギトのザ・ラーメンとは程遠く
京都らしく大人の風味を生かした料理であり
新しいラーメンの感覚でした。
次回はつけ麺に挑戦します。
