本格もつ鍋！
去年にオープンしたもつ鍋屋があると聞き知人と3人でお邪魔させて頂きました。
店内はかなり広く大宴会もできそうな広さ。
着席しさっそく鍋の注文。
出汁は醤油と味噌の2種類からチョイス可能。
店員さんにオススメを聞いたところ味噌出汁が人気との事でしたので迷わず味噌を注文。すごくコクがあり大変美味しい出汁でした。
またこの店は鳥刺しもメニューにあり、鳥刺し好きの私は5種盛り合わせを食べました。
かなり新鮮でどれも美味しく頂きました。鳥刺し好きな私はハマってしまいそうな予感。
その他にもユッケやタタキ、馬刺しもあるので生物好きな方にはいいかも。
また利用させて頂きます。

仕事帰りに同僚数人と利用させて頂きました。
店内は広く団体の宴会も可能かと思います。
もつ鍋の出汁は醤油と味噌からチョイスできるようで店員さんにオススメを聞いたところ、味噌出汁が人気との事でしたので迷わず味噌を注文。期待通りかなり美味しく頂きました。
肝心のモツはというと、まったく臭みがなくプリプリで味噌との相性もバッチリ。
またこのお店は鳥刺しもあり5種盛り合わせも注文しましたがかなり新鮮で鳥刺し好きの私には好印象。
いきつけの店の一つになりそうです。
