O字の円卓が12席あり本日は貸切状態
オーナーシェフが食べる頃を見計らって調理を開始し
良いタイミングで料理を出してくれます
コース料理の量もめっちゃいい感じで
特にパイ包みが美味しすぎました✨✨
外はサクッとパイの中には真鯛とオマール海老が
入っておりソースと絡ませて食べるとジューシーで
海老がプリッとしてかなり驚きました
食事に合うワインも多数取り揃えており
ワイン好きにハマりそうだと思いました
祇園の隠れ家的ビストロで食べるコースは
どの料理も美味しすぎました
