スープ
大山鶏の丸鶏出汁の旨みと鴨だしが合わさり醤油の切味を残したスープ。
鶏油の旨みと風味も特徴的。
麺
菅野製麺製でやや低加水の全粒粉入りのストレート細麺。
小麦の香りが強くコシがあり喉越しの良い麺。
トッピング
穂先メンマはしっかりと味染みしていて柔らかく美味しい。
豚ロースチャーシューは薄切りでかなり脂多め。
鶏胸チャーシューは柔らかくしっとり。
味玉は卵黄が薄黄色でトロットロ。味は薄め。
深夜ラーメンとしてはクオリティは高いと思う。
