ティーペアリング付きアフタヌーンティー
お料理もお茶も量もバランスも最高でした！
いつもはスイーツが甘すぎて、フリーフローのお茶を飲みすぎてやっぱりもうアフタヌーンティーは行きたくない〜と思うのですが、こちらは違います
まずセイボリーというより一つ一つがコース仕立てでひとつのお料理という感じ
特に美味しかったのが加茂茄子のカツレツ
とろっとした茄子にオリーブのコクと塩気がアクセントになって美味しかったです
色々な食感と調理法も楽しめたり、器で目でも楽しませてくれるこんなアフタヌーンティーなら何度でも伺いたいなと思います
リピ決定のアフタヌーンティーでした

前、ティーペアリングのアフタヌーンティーに大満足
その時にホテルの方に秋のはさらに自信作ですと教えてもらいどうしても食べたくて伺いました
今回も５コースティーペアリング
だいたいの構成は同じで素材が変わっていく感じです
まずロブスターとキャビアにテンションが上がり、ゆり根のローストとトリュフにうっとり
椎茸と銀杏のクロケットも美味しく頂きました
スフレは毎回甘くてすこし苦手でした
ただ残念ながらこの日はかなり混んでいて、あまりくつろげなかったのが残念です
ただ、いつ伺ってもサービスの方とのお話が楽しく親身になってお料理や他のコースのことなども教えてくれるので大好きなホテルです
