少しうるさいですが雰囲気も良くおいしいです
ホテル駐車場有り
ハイアット京都に併設されたビストロです
裏口の観光客向けの入口もあり、一般客も多数利用されているので、ホテルとはいえ敷居の高くないカジュアルな感じの賑やかなお店
予約しておいた方が無難です
目当ての料亭がお休みでしたので、ふと思いついたこちらを利用しました
赤味噌と山椒のボロネーゼを目当てで訪問しましたが生憎メニューから消えていました…
今回は今日のスープの金時人参とポモドーロにこちらのお気に入りのアップルパイをオーダー
甘く静かな美味しさの金時人参のスープ
ポモドーロはさっぱりとした上品な仕上がり
アップルパイは相変わらずしっかりりんごの詰まった厚みのあるパイに、ミルクの香り豊かなソフトクリームと生クリームが良いです
ペスカトーレは魚介の美味しさが詰まったソース
ピタはコリアンダーの香り香ばしさのアクセントが引き立つ美味しさ
ハンバーガーは、牛の美味しさがしっかりとあるものでした
赤味噌のボロネーゼと堀川牛蒡ポタージュ

（駐車場が公道の為駐車場のスタッフさんに対応してもらう必要あり）
又、土日は予約したほうが良さそうな込み具合です
北野天満宮から予約していたこちらでランチです
高台寺パークハイアット内にあるラウンジの「京都ビストロ」
ホテル側からも入れますし、二年坂からも入店できる導線になっています
今回のオーダーは、堀川牛蒡のポタージュと、山椒と赤味噌のラグーパスタにしてみました
牛蒡のポタージュ
見事です。ギューッと凝縮された牛蒡がそのままポタージュになっているものでとても美味しいです
トップにフライオニオンが乗っていますが、ハーブと和えた牛蒡チップスだとより好みでした
赤味噌と山椒ラグーパスタ
山椒の使い方が気になってオーダーしました
挽き肉と実山椒を煮込んだソースでふわっとまとめてあり、味噌、山椒、ラグーの角ばってないふわっとした美味しさです
付け合わせの蕪の焼加減が最高でした
パスタのフェットチーネとの相性もよくとても美味しいです
上に葉わさびを載せてありますがさっぱりとして良いですね
残念な点は実山椒が既に煮出して香りが弱いので葉山椒を上に散らしてあるともう少し山椒感が出てよいのになぁと感じました
アップルパイ
この値段でこのクオリティと付け合わせのクリームといい本当にオススメ
ハイアットとして考えた場合、多客だったのもあるとは思いますが、サービススタッフが慌ただしい感じにしていたのも残念ポイントでしたが、雰囲気接客もよくおいしく頂きました
ごちそうさまでした
