谷根千羊、京都に遠征。
こちらのお店の牛スジカレーがおいしいと聞き、お邪魔しました。
高級ホテルの中にあるお店とあって、お客さんは半分以上が海外の方。あちこちから英語や中国語？などが聞こえてきます。
和牛スジ カレーライスは、BISTRO FAVORITE（2950円）の中のひとつでした。メインとサイドをひとつずつ選べるランチのセットです。
メインはもちろんカレーを選び、サイドはスープにしました。
カレーはコクがありすごくおいしかったです。牛スジはほろほろとほどける柔らかさ。辛いものが苦手な私でも全然問題なく、おいしく食べられました。福神漬けではなくキャベツのピクルス？やフライドオニオンが添えてあるのがおしゃれです。もちろんおいしい。いいアクセントになります。
スープは、この日はカボチャのスープ。これもおいしい。
あまりのおいしさに完食しましたが、胃袋小さめの私には少しばかり量が多く、夜になってもお腹が空きませんでした。
以前ディナーにも伺ったことがあり、そのときはサーロインステーキなどいただきましたが、こちらも絶品でした。
料理やドリンクの価格は高めですが、味や雰囲気やサービスなど、その価値はあると思います。
またお邪魔したいです。ごちそうさまでした。
