京都一の絶景ホテルバー。眼前には八坂の塔と京都タワーという新旧の塔、そして京都の街並みが望める。夜もいいが、西向きなので夕焼けの時間帯やマジックアワーの時間帯に訪問するのもおすすめ。何度訪れてもやはり感動する景色。こぢんまりとしたサイズ感の店内が妙に落ち着く空間で、目的地となるバー。
スタンダードカクテルはもちろんのこと、京都のクラフトジンである季の美を使ったカクテルや、日本酒や抹茶を使った守破離という甘めのカクテルなど、京都らしいオリジナルカクテルも多く観光客に人気。ジャパニーズウイスキーも豊富。チャームも京都らしさが詰まっていて◎。
パークハイアット京都の4階に構えるが、手前には八坂という鉄板焼き屋さんがあり、バーは一番奥なので注意。アプローチを進む際には京大和の日本庭園を望める。
予約は基本的には宿泊者のみだが、来店前の電話を強く推奨。
