祇園の街並みに溶け込む外観、
昔ながらの蔵をリノベーションした、随所に残る旧建築ならではの趣の中にモダンさが融合して素敵な空間のお店。
観光客はもちろん地元の方々に愛される、店内工房で焼き上げられる「蔵だし食パン」を求めて連日大盛況ですね。
この「蔵だし食パン」は、オーストリア王室御用達ベーカリーシェフが監修されてるとか(*_*)
1日30本限定【焼き立て蔵だし食パン プレーン】(1320円)をオーダー。
蔵だしということで、手で割ってみると中から湯気がゆらりと。熱々ではなく食べやすい温度感。
フワッフワでもっちもち、頬張ると小麦の香りと風味が口いっぱいに広がりますよ。
3種のペーストは日替わりで、この日は柴漬け玉子サラダ・白柚子あんこ・有塩バターでした。
とうもろこしポタージュも濃厚で優しい味わい。
値段的には少しお高めなモーニングですが、風情ある祇園の街中でこだわりの食パンを食べるとなるとお値段相応かな。
