今日は、岡崎公園が、肉フェスで賑わっていると聞いたので、ふと立ち寄ってみることにしました。
11月26日から27日の２日間行われている「京都の肉deフェスティバル」というイベントが開催されているようです。
たくさんのお店が出店して、肉料理を振る舞っていました。
その中でも、イタリアンのお店に立ち寄りました。
■est pizzeria e trattoria GION（エスト ピッツェリア エ トラットリア 祇園）
京都の祇園にある、薪窯で焼き上げる本格ナポリピッツァが人気のお店のようです。
そんな本格的なお店の味をイベントにて、気軽に楽しめるようです(^-^)
ハチノスをサンドしたパニーニが美味しそうだったので、こちらを購入しました。
●パニーノ
トリッパ（ハチノス）とランプレドットを特製のバンズでサンドしているようです。
具はアツアツ。バジルソースのいい香りがしました。
モチっとしたバンズの食感と、ホルモンのぷるんとした食感を一緒に楽しむことができました。
よく煮込まれていて、いい味付けです(^-^)
もう一個くらい食べたいなぁー…と思う感じに美味しかったです。
