爽やかな天候の日曜日の昼に伺わせてもらいました
お肉のない天ぷらのコースで予約
突き出し的に肉吸い、ヒラメのお造りもコースに含まれていました
食材を揚げる前に確認
車海老からスタート
個人的にアオサの天ぷらにまぐろとたくあんを乗せた天ぷらがヒット
甘鯛など白身に関しては、魚自体の味良し
ふっくら食感はもちろん、そうでいて密度の濃い噛み応えのある白身でした
野菜も申し分なくすべてに満足のコースでした
最後の天むすも嬉しさアップ
しいて言うなら、衣のサクサク感はやや少なかった印象
ただし、決してべちゃっとしてるわけでもなく嫌なわけではありませんでした
リピートありです
車のため飲めなかったのが残念です
スパークリングの日本酒が合う印象でした
