清水五条駅から12分のところにある
【京都宇治金時や】さんに行ってまいりました！
お盆で連休を取れたので年末ぶりに実家に帰省することになりました。
お墓参りが京都なのでせっかくだったら百名店巡りしよう！
ってことで【スイーツWEST百名店2023】受賞したこちらにお邪魔してきました！
なんとかき氷の食べログ点数日本一位でもあるんです！
店舗に入ると一階に2~3席と2階にテーブルが5席ほどありました。
お茶屋さんが運営しているようでかき氷よりもお茶に命をかけられている印象！
家族で来店したので4種類注文してみました！
さて、今回オーダーしたものはこちら。
・別格ミルク宇治金時 3300円
こちらの抹茶は砂糖を使用しておらず抹茶本来の味を楽しめます。
抹茶は大きく分けて2種類あるようでカテキン（渋いほう）、テアニン（渋くないほう）に分けられるのですが、別格のかき氷はテアニンの茶葉を使用しているようです。
一口めはミルクを別添えにしてもらってかけずに食べてみました。
今まで食べてた抹茶と明らかに違う高級感を楽しめます。
奥深いのに全く渋みがない大人な抹茶でした。
内側に小倉も入っているのですがこちらも自家製のようで、
買って帰りたいくらい美味しかったです。
店員んさんも気さくな方ばかりで京都に立ち寄った際は
また行きたくなるいいお店でした。
