この日は休日の日曜日。
土曜日に廣澤さんにお誘いいただいたのもあって、兵庫大阪出張からの流れでそのまま京都ステイ最終日。
この日も夜に知り合いをお誘いしていたので、夜まで京都に滞在。
夜に一旦自宅に戻って、また火曜日に関西に戻るっていう…((（；-д- ）=3ﾊｧ
ホテルをチェックアウトして、荷物をコインロッカーに預けて…さてお昼どうしよかな。
BMしていた中華にしよと思ってバスでお店に向かいます。
東山の方なので、三十三間堂やら清水寺に行く観光客でごった返しております。
そしてお店に着くと…本日予約で満席の張り紙が…orz
いっつもコレ…全く学習しない私…笑
さて困った、どうしよかな。
ちょっと行くのをビビって行けていなかったスイーツ百名店が近くにある…せっかくだから行ってみようかな。
清水寺へと続く五条坂の麓付近にある、京都宇治金時やさん！
まずはレジでお会計。
店主の方はいらっしゃらないようでしたが…店員さんもなかなかのクセ強いキャラでした笑
別格宇治金時をお願いしました。
2階にも席があるようですが、空いていたので1階の席に案内されます。
静かで良いのですが、横を通り過ぎる観光客にめちゃくちゃ見られます。
10分ほどで着皿。
練乳も付いてきますが、まずはそのまま。
口溶け良い天然氷。
宇治抹茶は、苦味渋味ゼロです。
なんなら甘くて旨味が感じられます。
オーガニック砂糖で炊いたという金時は、抹茶の味わいを損なわない優しい甘さでした。
コレに練乳掛けたらあかんわな…と最後までそのままでいただきました。
ソースとしてのコチラの宇治金時はとても美味しかったのですが、やっぱりかき氷は氷のかき方の方が重要ではないかなと逆に感じました。
その意味で私にとっては、岐阜の赤鰐さんと仙台の梵くらさんは別格だなと思った次第。
ご馳走様でした！
