I attended a private party at French cuisine Restaurants in a prime location in Gion for a gourmet friend. We had a dinner course for lunch at a private counter limited to one group at the back of the store. *Since it was a gathering of foodies, it seems like they were unable to accommodate us for the French kaiseki selection. A mix of "Japanese" and "French cuisine" cuisine ✔Shrimp tartlet A beautiful dish that will get you excited.The crisp texture of the shrimp and cauliflower mousse are wrapped in a consommé sheet, and the salty taste of caviar I'm putting it all together. Appetizers ✔ Edamame ✔ Kamasu Bar Sushi ✔ Mushroom and foie gras quiche ✔ Mizuna with sesame and salmon roe pickled in soy sauce ✔ Figs with sesame The emphasis is on autumn and Japan. That's a beautiful arrangement. ✔Crab Salad Crab meat, shrimp mousse, rice mousse, yogurt and orange sauce. It is beautifully decorated with salmon roe, edible flowers and vegetables. It was a stylish and well-balanced salad that I don't usually eat. ✔3 types of bread to choose from. I ordered homemade garlic bread and fig bread.
