三条京阪イタリアン「キアッケレ」
三条京阪徒歩5分の讃州寺町という住宅地に、2021年9月11日にイタリア料理「キアッケレ」さんがオープン。
職場の近くなので、帰り道に発見して早速ランチに行ってきました！
ちょっと覚えにくい店名ですが、「キアッケレ」は「おしゃべり」という意味だそうです。
店内は配管剥き出しのインダストリアルな天井と、木の温かさを感じるカウンターの対比がオシャレ。
意外と広くて、L字のカウンターの奥にはテーブル席まで。奥庭が京都っぽい。
ランチメニューはなくて、昼も夜も同じメニューでした。所謂サラリーマンランチのお店ではなく、ちょっと良いランチという立ち位置。
チャージは150円でパンが2種類。
トスカーナの伝統的なパンスケッチャータは自家製。もう一種類は知り合いのベーカリーから仕入れているとのこと。
スパゲティペッシェ1600円
僕はペッシェ（魚）のパスタをチョイス。
魚は仕入れによって変わるみたいで、この日は「シロブチハタ」でした！
太めのパスタはカンパーニャから仕入れた本格派。
おネギとオリーブオイル、そしてシロブチハタのおダシが効いた、シンプルなのにパンチのある味。若干脂にクセがあるがそれがまた美味。
ワイン飲みたいです。
ジェノベーゼ1300円
連れの方が注文したのは生パスタを使ったジェノベーゼ。
ちょっともらったらよかった・・めっちゃ美味しそうでした。
明石鯛のアクアパッツァ1900円
先程のシロブチハタもですが、キアッケレさんでは魚介の仕入れにかなりこだわられています。
この日はメニューには書いていないですが、明石の昼網の鯛があるとのことで、ちょっと時間かかるけどアクアパッツァにしてもらいました！
魚介の旨味が凝縮されたスープはグビグビ飲み干したいくらい美味い。
鯛のサイズも申し分なく、身の量も見事で火入れも絶妙です！
エスプレッソ400円
食後はナポリスタイルのエスプレッソマシンでエスプレッソを淹れてもらいました。
あんまりコーヒー得意ではないんですが、これは美味い。昼からも気合いが入るランチでした。
