祇園の情緒ある界隈で愛されてきた日本料理店【祇園東山 つじ華】が、昼・夜ともにラーメンまたは黒カレーのコースを提供するお店へリニューアル。
ラーメンや黒カレーは、一杯で終わるのではなく物語風に楽しんでほしいと、コース仕立てで提供されます。

■醤油ラーメン
丹波黒どりを使った醤油清湯スープで、京都・松野醤油のたまり醤油など4種の醤油と50種の塩をブレンドした醤油ダレ。
ラーメンの具は別皿に一品ずつ盛り付け。
