所用で数年ぶりに京都へ。
カジュアルに食べたかったので土曜日18:00に予約、先客なし、後から1組。
やや分かりづらいビルの2階、東銀座と同じで今は一見さんが多いのだろうか？
カウンターと長テーブル
ミックスとコキールのセット、ツレは野菜とタン焼きのセット、子供たちはビーフとコキールのセット。
何年も来てないうちに移転していた。
ワインを飲みながら暫し待つ。
先にシチュー定食が配膳され、のちにコキールがやってくる。
シチューはあっさり、東銀座と同じレシピなら日本酒で炊いているはず。
もう少し塩気があった方が好み。
コキールを食すのは何年振りだろう。
なめらかなクリームなんだけど、味付け忘れた？と思うくらい味がなくてビックリした。
思い出を美化しすぎたかな。
美味しい店とか話題店とかあるけど、もうこの歳になると探すの面倒くさいので、こちらには残っていて欲しい。
次回はいつになるか分からないけど。
