訪れたのは12時過ぎ、お店は八坂神社近くの雑居ビルのを入ったところにあり少し目立ちにくいのですがメニュー写真入りの看板が置いてありそれを目印にお店へ。
店内に入りカウンター席に座りメニューを拝見、油そばが推しのお店ですが今回は祇園店特製と書かれた「大なめこ入り煮干しそば」(1,000円)を注文。
どんぶりには、なめこ、刻みネギ、刻み海苔、メンマが盛り付けられておりその下にはチャーシューが隠れています。
スープ国産煮干しと少し乳化させた豚骨を合わせており、まったりとしたコクと煮干しの香り旨みがあり醤油の酸味、塩味も程よくまろやかさも感じられます。
麺は多加水のちぢれ麺が合わされておりプリモチっとした食感で麺量も多く食べ応えがあります。
豚肩ロースの煮豚チャーシューは薄くスライスされており少し甘みのあるしっかりとした味つけがされています。
なめこは大きさは標準的ですが量がたっぷりと使われており食べ応えも有りラーメンの具材としても悪くありませんでした。
木屋町にも同名のお店が有りますが、店主さんが違うフラインチャイズ店のようでした。
営業時間も昼営業と深夜営業と別れておりお酒を飲んだ後の〆にも使えるお店だと思います。
