祇園にある予約制のハンバーグ屋さんです。
平日11時ごろに記帳に行き、13時半からの回に予約できました。
ハンバーグ3つと、味噌汁、白米が頂けます。
この日は石川県産のお米でした。
ハンバーグは、まずはそのままかぶりつくのをおすすめされます。
肉汁がたっぷりでとても柔らかかったです。
そのあとは、青唐辛子やにんにくなどの薬味や、大根おろしを使って味の変化を楽しめます。
最後は、卵黄と食べる醤油をハンバーグとご飯の上にのせて頂きました。
海外のお客様も多かったです。
