完全予約制ではないけど、場所がかなり観光客で賑わっているところなので、公式やHPや InstagramのDMから予約することをお勧めします。

・生削り鰹節丼
炊き立ての釜飯と生削りの鰹節を使用。
卵黄の醤油漬けを乗せ、さらに深い味わいに仕上げています。
友達はなぜか卵黄を海鮮丼に乗せたから鰹節だけで食べてた。
・鰻の棒寿司
ふっくらとした鰻を自家製のタレと絡めて作り、一つ一つの調理工程にもこだわった一品。
・本鮪と3種の海鮮丼
本マグロの大トロと赤身、国産サーモン、かんぱち、いくら…と
海の幸をたっぷりと詰め込んだ海鮮丼。
・真鯛と九条ネギのあんかけ丼
低温でじっくり調理してふっくら仕上げた真鯛に、昆布や鰹でとった出汁に、九条ネギを入れたあんかけをかけています。
・山椒秋刀魚の出汁茶漬け
山椒で炊き上げた秋刀魚を使ったお茶漬けです。
お出汁には鰹節と昆布をふんだんに使用。
・ぶりのしゃぶしゃぶ
昆布などの旨みをしっかり詰め込んだお出汁でいただくしゃぶしゃぶ。
薬味やお野菜と一緒に。
ご飯のサイズ変更可能。
