他店舗にはお邪魔したことのある『五木茶屋』
さんが清水店も今年8月にオープンしたようで
行ってきました( ´∀｀ )b
お店は清水寺の参道として古くから賑わいのある
産寧坂から二寧坂に入る角地にありましたよ。
この辺りは京都らしい風情のある街並みで
歩いてるだけで〝京都〟を感じることができる
スポットですね(๑•̀∀- )
本日のお目当ては海鮮がメインの
『京丼五種食べ比べ 膳海鮮を愉しむ秋のハレの日御膳』♪
◆鯛のしゃぶしゃぶ
昆布などの旨みをしっかり詰め込んだお出汁で
いただく鯛のしゃぶしゃぶで、5秒ほどサッと鍋に
通してぽん酢と薬味で食べるとめっちゃ美味しかった＼(*>▽<)
◆生削り節丼
炊きたての釜飯と生削りの鰹節を使用していて
卵黄の醤油漬けを乗せて豪華な玉子かけごはん♪
素材の旨みを生かした間違いない丼ですねლ(´ڡ`ლ)
◆鰻の棒寿司
ふっくらとした鰻を自家製タレと絡めて作る
棒寿司で一つ一つの調理工程にもこだわり丁寧に
作られてます。
◆本鮪と3種の海鮮丼
海の幸をたっぷりと詰め込んだ自慢の海鮮丼で
本鮪の赤身、国産サーモン、かんぱち、いくらと
いった鮮度のいいネタが盛りだくさんです(◞ꈍ∇ꈍ)◞⋆
◆真鯛と九条ネギのあんかけ丼
低温調理した真鯛と昆布や煙でとった出汁に
九条ネギなど素材の良さを存分に引き出した逸品。
◆山椒秋刀魚の出汁茶漬け
山椒で炊き上げた秋刀魚を使い、お出汁には鰹節
と昆布をふんだんに使用している出汁茶漬け(๑˃̵ᴗ˂̵)و
お米サイズは変更もできるそうですよ。
日替りで京のお茶(ホットorアイス)も出してくれます。
5種類どれを食べても美味しくて
しゃぶしゃぶのお出汁まで全汁してもたわ( ᵕ̤ૢᴗᵕ̤ૢ )
