京都・東山の知恩院門前のビル2Fにあります。
以前は2回ほど食べにいったブンブンブンシク（bunbunbunsik）の跡地です。
アラカルトとコースがありますが
店主のオススメでヒレ焼肉コースにしました。
まずは
★肉刺し
キャビアで塩気、生胡椒の風味
肉は赤身でさっぱり旨味もある。
★キムチ
★ナムル
★韓国海苔
★梅大根おろし
どどっと並んで
これらをつまみながら
焼肉のスタート。
焼肉言うても、こちらはヒレ肉が売りなんでコースにがっつり組み込まれてます。
★和牛シャトーブリアン
じっくり表面を炭焼きしたら、レアな状態でフォークで裂きます。この豪快な塩梅が楽しい。
タレに潜らせたヒレ肉を
炊きたて白ごはんの上にのせて。
米がすすむ。
★ソルロンタン
白濁したスープもご飯といっしょに
★にんにく
牛脂でミニフライパンでグツグツオイル煮
肉と一緒に食べるとパンチきいてうまい
★和牛ヒレ
テートか ミニョンか選べます。
ミニョンは霜降り強めやから
繊維が細かいより柔らかいし食べやすいテートにしました。んん〜個人的にはシャトーブリアンよりテートが好き。

全然まだまだいける。
★和牛サーロイン
こちらをすき焼きにして
トリュフをシャカシャカしてくれます。
ブランド卵の「卵どすえ」を肉に絡めて

すだち、穂紫蘇の風味でさっぱり
