I went to Kyoto during the holidays to visit my uncle in Kyoto. I went to a Japanese-style meal restaurant with my uncle for lunch in Yamashina. After that, check in to the hotel in Gojo Karasuma. I parked my car at a 24-hour coin parking lot, took the subway to Honnoji Temple, and then went to a department store. The department store was crowded with people during the Spring Festival. Then it was time for dinner and I strolled down Pontocho Street. Since I have Japanese-style meal for lunch, I thought I'd have some meat for dinner, and this restaurant caught my eye. When I told the owner that I didn't need a reservation, he happily went to the counter. The wife toasts with draft beer and Chuhai Kyoho. We had octopus onion ponzu sauce, salt-grilled seseri, wagyu beef Yakisoba (stir-fried noodles), salt-grilled squid, and Yakiniku (Grilled meat) short ribs. First of all, the beer was insanely delicious. I don't know what the difference was, but it was ridiculously delicious. And all the food is delicious. After drinking, I had two glasses of Kuro Kirishima with soda. I'm glad I found a really hidden gem and a reasonably priced restaurant.
