祇園にオープンしたとんかつ屋さん
名古屋で人気のお店が京都に出店されたということで
早速伺わせていただきました
・特上ヒレ御膳 ¥3,080-
・特上ロース御膳 ¥2,860-
・大人のスパイシーカレー ¥330-
サクサクの衣に抜群の火入れで
ほんのりピンク色の断面が美しいです✨
低温調理で豚の旨味を閉じ込めて
米油で揚げられてるので胃もたれしない
羽釜で炊かれたご飯とよく合います
この日は南丹市美山町のコシヒカリを使用とのこと
ご飯はおかわり自由なので途中卵と混ぜて、
こだわりの醤油と一緒に卵かけごはんでいただけるの嬉し
個人的には卵の殻割った時の殻入れとお手拭き欲しいかなぁ
お土産用にカツサンドのテイクアウトもできるし
