京都で中華といえば人生最高の中華でもある「広東旬菜一僖」一択の私ですが、今回は以前から気になっていたこちらのお店にお邪魔しました。
なんか名前、暖簾が可愛らしいですね。
以前休日にオープン時間に訪問したところ、予約で満席ということで断念。
今回は予約し満を持して訪問です。
メニューはたくさんありますが、旬の食材を使ったメニューがあるのが素晴らしいです。
秋刀魚の唐揚げを食べたかったのですが、人気なのか本日は売り切れ。
いただいたのは
・秋茄子と地鶏の八丁味噌炒め
・秋野菜と海老のあっさり炒め
・海老入りチャーハン
どの料理も上品な味付けで、食べた瞬間に旨みが広がります。
衝撃的な美味しさです。
いい油を使っているのでしょうか。中華特有の胃もたれのかけらすらありません。
人気店であることに納得です。
次回はお腹がいっぱいで断念した坦々麺も食べてみたいです。
